Our yard is equipped with all necessary equipments as required by Government authorities. as under –
Entrance equipped with metal detector and card punching system with Inward outward register and Security Camera System.- Liquid Oxygen Gas Tanks.
- Well furnished Office and Billing System.
- Digital weighbridge for ascertaining weight.
- Separate place for Waste storage.
- All Safety Equipments including Fire Fighting Equipments for immediate use when required in emergency.
- Separate space for machineries and spares removed from ship.
- Well developed ship cutting system run under strict supervision of trained supervisors and staff.
- House Keeping for clean environment and surrounding areas.
Specially trained and outfitted ship cutters and ground cutters dismantle, sort, process and offer for sale all ferrous material from the vessel such as plate and structural steel, re-roll steel plate, cast iron, heavy metal steel scrap etc.
Similarly trained and outfitted members of our non-ferrous recycling department sort, process and offer for sale all grades non-ferrous material such as Brass, Copper, Nickel, Aluminum etc. and safely dispose off all sheathing collected from the wire stripping process.
These same work crews remove and offer for sale all reusable equipments such as Generators, Engines, Winches, Anchors & Chains, Motors, pumps propeller, shafts, galley equipments etc. These sale proceeds are fully credited to the account of the ship owner.
